At Captain Headlight, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Please read our cancellation and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

Order Cancellation

  • Before Shipment:
    If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing the order. If the product has not yet been shipped, we will cancel it and issue a full refund.

  • After Shipment:
    Once the product has been shipped, cancellations are not allowed. You may, however, return the product under our return policy (see below).

Refund Eligibility

  • You may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions:

    • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon arrival.

    • You notify us within 7 days of receiving the product.

    • The product is returned in unused, original condition, and original packaging.

Non-Refundable Situations

  • We do not offer refunds in the following cases:

    • Change of mind after receiving the product.

    • Any damage caused by the customer.

    • Late requests made after 7 days of delivery.

Return Process

  • To initiate a return:

    2. Wait for our confirmation and return instructions.

    3. Ship the product back to the address we provide.

    4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will issue your refund (if eligible) within 7 business days.
